This page describes the cookies and similar records used on the Intellect Prism website. It sits alongside the privacy notice. Last revised 21 September 2026.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a site asks your browser to store and send back later. Local storage is a related place in the browser that a page can read with a script; it is not automatically sent to a server with every request. We use both only to remember the choice you make on the consent banner.
Types used
Essential storage remembers whether you accepted or rejected the banner so it does not reappear on every page. The site’s pages, forms, and reading-room information work either way. Rejecting does not lock any page.
Analytics cookies are not in use. We do not run a measurement script, and Accept does not turn one on. If that ever changes, this table will be updated before the cookie is set.

Third-party cookies
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. That request can let Google receive your IP address and standard browser data as part of delivering the font files. We do not add advertising cookies, social plugins, or embedded players. If a font host sets its own cookie, it is their cookie; you can block third-party cookies in the browser and the site text will still display in a fallback typeface.
How to manage or disable cookies
Use Reject on the banner to record a refusal. Use Accept to record permission for the consent cookie only. You can also delete cookies and site data for intellectprism.click in your browser settings, or block cookies for this host entirely. The banner will show again when the stored choice is gone.
Browser makers document the steps in their own help pages. Look for privacy or site settings, then cookies and site data, then this site’s name.
Impact of disabling
If you block storage, the banner cannot remember your choice and may appear on later visits. Journal essays, session descriptions, rates, and the inquiry form remain available. A blocked consent cookie does not cancel a booking you have already confirmed by email.
