Cancellations and refunds

How to ask

Write to hello@intellectprism.click with the name on the booking, the date, and whether you want a refund, a move to another date, or both. You may also call 027792749 during desk hours. The desk confirms the outcome by email.

Study sessions

Cancel three full days before the appointment for a full refund of the ₩85,000 fee. Cancel inside those three days and the refund is half the fee. If the printed briefing packet has already been made, ₩12,000 of any refund is retained for that packet and the rest follows the timing above. A session that has started is not refunded. If you do not arrive within twenty minutes of the agreed time, the hour is a no-show and the fee is retained, because the guide has held the side table.

Rescheduling

You may move a study session once without a fee if you ask at least two days ahead and another open hour exists within the next month. A second move, or a move asked inside two days, is treated as a late cancellation of the original hour and a new booking.

Community circles

A deposit of 30% holds the date. The deposit is refunded in full if the organiser cancels seven days or more before the circle. Inside seven days the deposit is retained and any remainder already paid is refunded, less packet costs if copies have been printed (₩12,000 for the set, not per seat). Work already started — facilitation on the day — is not refunded. If the group is smaller than expected, the group fee stays the same. If you need more than eight seats, that is a different quote, not a refund event.

Season membership

The season fee is refunded in full if you cancel before the first Thursday open hour of that season. After that hour has begun, unused weeks are not refunded, because the shelf stays open for you for the rest of the twelve weeks. Membership is personal, so it is not refunded merely because a friend used the chair.

Visiting briefings

The quoted fee is refunded in full if you cancel five or more days before the visit and travel has not been booked and packets have not been printed. Travel already purchased is not refundable; we deduct the receipt amount and refund the rest. Packets already printed keep the ₩12,000 set cost. A briefing that has started at your hall is not refunded. If the desk cancels because a guide is ill, you may take a full refund or a new date, and any travel we booked is our loss, not yours.

Method and timing

Refunds go back by bank transfer to the account that paid, in Korean won. We send the transfer within ten business days after we confirm the refund by email. If you paid from an account you cannot receive into, say so in the request and we will ask for a named account of the same payer.

Materials and exceptions

The only materials fee is the printed packet described above. We do not sell goods by post, and there is nothing to return by courier. If a public holiday closes the room on your booked day, we offer a new date first. A refund of a study session or circle in that case is available if the new date does not work for you. These conditions do not replace rights that mandatory Korean consumer rules give you and that cannot be waived.
