A guided reading of a single governance text
The flagship hour is the Proposal Study Session. Park Minjae or Seo Hana has already read the copy you named. You spend ninety minutes on what the proposal changes, which public comments answer the text, and when the vote window actually opens and closes.
Wallet setup and price talk stay outside the hour. Community participation here means understanding the document well enough to comment, to question a validator’s letter, or to decide you will wait.

- 02The confirmation names the guide, the hour, and the bank details. Rates on the site are informational until that note.
- 03You come to Hansu-myeon. The printed packet matches the version dated on the cover sheet.
- 04You leave with dates, not with a vote instruction. The next step — comment, wait, or ask your validator — is written in your own words.
I brought a proposal I had only skimmed on the train. Minjae made me read the change section aloud before we touched the comments, and the vote dates ended up on a single sheet I still keep in my coat.
