Acceptance

By browsing the site or sending an inquiry, you accept these terms. A paid booking is formed only when the desk confirms the date by email and you pay the fee described in that confirmation. Rates published on the site are a guide until then.

The service

Intellect Prism provides facilitated reading and discussion of public Solana governance materials, shelf access, and briefings. The official registered business name is Intellect Prism, established in 2019, with its desk in Hansu-myeon, Jecheon-si, North Chungcheong, Republic of Korea.

Sessions explain texts, calendars, and the difference between public comment and a vote. Decisions about commenting, delegating, or voting remain with the reader. The desk does not hold wallets, move tokens, or give investment, tax, or legal advice.

Accounts and conduct

The site does not issue user accounts. Inquiries are read by the desk from the contact form and from hello@intellectprism.click. You agree to send accurate contact details and to treat guides and other readers with enough courtesy that a session can finish. The desk may refuse a booking that asks for wallet handling, harassment of another reader, or a use of the room that breaks the house rules on the reading-room page.

Intellectual property

The arrangement of this website, the original prose written by Intellect Prism, and the room’s briefing notes belong to Intellect Prism. You may not copy the site design or republish our journal essays as your own. Proposal texts, forum comments, and validator letters remain the writings of their authors. Printed packets are for the people in the booked session or briefing. They are not a licence to republish those public texts as a commercial collection.

Liability

Governance procedures change. We date our packets and check calendars at the time of a session, and a later rule change can still overtake a note you took home. To the extent Korean law allows, Intellect Prism is not liable for decisions you make after a session, for losses connected to tokens or stake, or for travel costs if you miss a bus. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Korean law does not allow us to limit, including liability for harm caused by intent or gross negligence.

Site content

We may update pages, rates, and hours. The version that applies to a booking is the confirmation email, read together with the refund terms then published. Journal essays are educational notes, not a promise that a particular proposal will pass or fail.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought in the courts of the Republic of Korea that have jurisdiction over the desk in Jecheon-si, unless a mandatory consumer rule gives you a different forum.
