How it runs
- Write the desk with the proposal title and a preferred date.
- The desk confirms the text and the hour by email.
- You arrive at the reading room and leave bags off the table.
- The first quarter hour maps the document: change, motive, and timeline.
- The middle of the hour is a close reading of the clauses that actually move.
- The last stretch covers public comments, any validator statement you brought, and the step you will take yourself.
Before you come
Send the proposal title or link when you write. If you have no text yet, the desk chooses a proposal whose vote window is open or about to open, and says so in the confirmation.
Limits of the booking
One proposal only. Sessions run in English; you may keep notes in Korean. The table seats two readers besides the guide. Recording needs a yes from everyone at the table. The session stays in the reading room.
