These notes name a session, a constraint, or a result. They are not a scoreboard. One of them complains about the break, and the desk changed the break afterward.

I brought a proposal I had only skimmed on the train. Minjae made me read the change section aloud before we touched the comments, and the vote dates ended up on a single sheet I still keep in my coat.

Three Thursdays on one proposal

A campus group from Cheongju booked a Community Circle and then asked to return, on their own, as season members for the rest of that vote. They did not want another facilitated half day. They wanted the shelf copy and the open hour.

On the first Thursday they argued about a comment they had misread as a vote tally. Hana put the packet’s glossary on the table and left them to mark the difference in pencil. On the second Thursday the draft had been revised; two of their objections pointed at a deleted sentence. Minjae, who was not booked, only confirmed the version date and went back to a study session in the side room. On the third Thursday the window had opened. They did not ask the desk how to vote. They asked whether the leave-behind dates from the circle still matched the calendar. One date had slipped by a day. We corrected the sheet and they took the bus back.

The reservation worth keeping: they wished the shelf copy had been reprinted the morning the revision landed, not the next day. We now check the public thread at opening on desk days during an active window. The rest of their account matches the room we run.
