How it runs
- The organiser writes with a preferred date, headcount, and the proposal if one is already chosen.
- The desk holds the date after the deposit note in the rates page is agreed.
- The group meets at the reading room.
- The first hour sets roles and reads the change in plain language.
- The middle hours practise comment, objection, and a calm restatement.
- The last half hour writes the group's own follow-up calendar.
Before you come
Send names and the proposal title a week ahead so packets can be printed. If the group has no proposal, the desk selects one current text and confirms it by email.
Limits of the booking
Eight seats is the room's limit. The circle is in English, with time for Korean side notes among the group. Food stays in the entry, not on the papers.
